The candidate willnnwork closely with Production, Accounts, Transporters, and Customers to ensure timelynnand accurate deliveries.nnKey Responsibilitiesnn Review customer requirements and prepare monthly and daily dispatch plans.nn Coordinate day-to-day dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.nn Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices in the warehouse.nn Monitor warehouse stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment from thennproduction unit.nn Share daily dispatch schedules and delivery updates with customers.nn Coordinate with transporters and follow up to ensure timely vehicle placementnnand deliveries.nn Collect dispatch-related documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, etc.)nnfrom the Accounts department before dispatch.nn Verify dispatch quantities and documentation before loading.nn Maintain dispatch records, stock movement reports,
