Society for Applied Studies (SAS), a Delhi based not-for-profit research organization, invites application for the position of a Physician/Senior Coordinator for implementation research in Dungarpur district in Rajasthan

About the Project
A national priority project aimed to achieve single digit neonatal mortality in the selected study districts/sites fulfilling India's SDG goal. As part of the multi-site research effort, working on this project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a study that will have a significant impact on neonatal health in India.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are looking for a Physician with MBBS; MD PEDIATRICS/COMMUNITY MEDICINE &/OR Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)/Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS), Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
with MPH degree with prior experience of at least 3 years of working with the government health systems, knowledge and good understanding of national health programs. Candidates with exposure to health research in the domain of maternal and newborn health will be preferred.
Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for overall program management. S/he will timely review program data, conduct analysis to measure progress towards goals and prepare donor reports. In addition, the candidate is encouraged to present and write engaging case reports and research articles in journals/forums.
