Job Description Job Title: Senior Video Editor N Location: Onsite - Koregaon Park, Pune N Department: Creative N n Role Overview: NWe are seeking a Senior Video Editor with 3-5 years of experience to drive post-production across campaigns, social media, and performance content. The role requires a strong sense of storytelling, sharp editing instincts, and the ability to translate creative direction into polished, high-impact visual outputs. N n Key Responsibilities: Nn Lead end-to-end video editing across campaigns, digital content, and performance marketing assets N Translate briefs into engaging visual narratives with strong pacing, rhythm, and storytelling N Collaborate closely with videographers, designers, and the creative team to ensure cohesive output N Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting timelines N Oversee color correction, sound design,



and overall finishing quality N Ensure consistency withbrand guidelines across all video content N Adapt and optimize edits for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ads, etc.) N Stay updated with evolving formats, editing styles, and content trends Nn n Requirements: Nn 3-5 years of experience in video editing (brand, agency, or content studio) N Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve N Strong understanding ofstorytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound N Ability to interpret creative direction and execute with clarity and precision N Robust attention to detail and quality N A strong portfolio of different kinds of work samples Nn n Preferred Skills: Nn Basic motion graphics and animation skills N Experience working in afast paced agency environment N Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands N Familiarity with performance-driven content and short-form video formats N Exposure to AI-assistedediting tools is a plus Nn
