Job SummaryWe are looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and quick-learning Junior US Finance & Payroll Associate to join our growing team. US Payroll Operations (Primary Focus)- Process end-to-end biweekly multi-state US payroll for hourly and salaried employees with high accuracy.- Verify timesheet data, attendance records, overtime, deductions, bonuses, and commission payouts.- Assist with payroll tax reconciliations, employee benefits deductions (e.G., 401k, health insurance), and state tax registration tracking, return filing, etc.- Handle payroll inquiries from US employees and managers promptly and professionally.- Maintain and audit payroll documentation, including Form W-4, W-9, W-2, and state tax withholding records.2.
