Job DescriptionJob Title: Production SupervisorFunction: Trims productionPosition (s) based at : Chakan, PuneReports To: Plant head / Operations ManagerRequired Qualifications:- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile Engineering, or related field.- Experience in automotive Tier-1 supplier setting preferred.Experience:- 5-14 years of experience in automotive seat trim, upholstery, seating systems, or automotive interior manufacturing.Technical CompetenciesRequired:Production Management- Supervise production activities related to car seat trim manufacturing, including cutting, sewing, foam assembly, upholstery, and final seat trim assembly.- Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per production plan.- Monitor line balancing and optimize manpower utilization.- Minimize downtime and coordinate with maintenance for quick resolution of equipment issues.- Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer delivery requirementsQuality Assurance- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.- Conduct in-process quality checks and implement corrective actions for defects.- Monitor key quality metrics such as PPM, rejection, rework, and customer complaints
