You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of monthly reliability reports while driving technical improvements and supporting data-driven decision-making. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as engineering design teams, project operation managers, and service/warranty implementation teams, while also managing interfaces with external suppliers and information solution tools like RailSys Light and DWH. You’ll also provide feedback to improve database quality and much more.You’ll specifically take care of issuing periodic reliability reports and performing statistical analyses to identify technical weaknesses, but also ensure compliance with Alstom Transport/Engineering processes and instructions.We’ll look to you for:Ensuring the periodic reliability report is issued on time and meets quality standardsRaising issues to the next level in case of gaps or abnormalitiesInterfacing effectively with Services/Warranty Implementation (WI)
