- Responsible for productivity improvement and rejection control
- Responsible for machine ideal time/hold time
- Responsible for Machine programming as per the production schedule and machine troubleshooting




- Monitoring raw material issued and finished goods supplied to store and material matching
- Responsible for manpower handing and their effective utilization
- Responsible for checking product quality, label marking and packaging
- Responsible for operator training before handover of the machine
- Responsible for order closing and filling the scrap note or details of non-usable material post every order closing
- Prepare Monthly production report
- Prepare Machine-wise monthly analysis report
- Prepare monthly report on mold changeover ideal time, mold changeover hold time, repair time for analysis
- Prepare daily productivity MIS PPM
- Factory order closing report
- Supporting molding in-charge for special projects
