"Service Now ITOM Architect Should have relevant experience of 5+ years and 8 + years of Total experience.

• As an ITOM Technical Architect focusing on ITOM development and configuration on Service Now platform this resource will deliver finalized Service Now Solutions utilizing the Service Now ITOM applications

• ITOM Technical Architect is comfortable in Jason scripting and coding ITOM solutions, namely Event, Discovery, Service Mapping and Orchestration

• Knowledgeable and familiar in the Service Now ITOM offerings and can lead a customer through knowledge and requirements discussions for implementing and deploying Service Now ITOM, including the following: Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping & Integrations

• Code and Develop customized Patterns,



Probes and Sensors for Discovery and Service Mapping.

• Sound knowledge in CMDB and it operation management

• Deliver technical workshops on ITOM: Event, Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, Service Mapping, Cloud Management

• Expert understanding on import sets and transform maps, working with external data sources, Service Now data mapping

• Knowledge on identification , classification rule in CMDB

• Knowledge over event and alert rule

• Articulate the Service Now CMDB Classes for Asset and Configuration, their relationships and dependencies

• Required Hands on experience with Service Now ITOM implementations

• Required Knowledge of Service Now CMDB Architecture"
