- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote transport and logistics services
- Generate current business leads and follow up on inquiries received through calls emails or other sources
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics solutions
- Explain pricing services and delivery timelines clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls leads and sales activities in CRM or spreadsheets




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and billing teams for smooth service execution
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales efficiently
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification 12th Pass Graduate preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales preferably in transport logistics freight or related industries
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi regional language is an advantage
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and under pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel email communication and CRM systems
