What you get to do in this role Build high-quality clean scalable and reusable applications solutions in the realm of Connected Customer Experience CCX working closely with Engineering and product teams Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and leadership in the development implementation and maintenance of Java-based applications using Service Now Platform other cloud platforms Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies ensuring the team adopts best practices and remains at the forefront of technical innovation Work closely with architects and senior developers to define technical architecture and ensure adherence to best practice coding standards Team Management Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation creativity and a commitment to excellence Conduct regular performance reviews set performance goals and provide constructive feedback to team members Project Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management and quality assurance to drive successful project outcomes Manage resources effectively balancing project priorities and team workloads Facilitate communication within the team and across departments ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals Cloud Technologies Demonstrate expertise in SaaS platforms providing insights and recommendations for optimal cloud-based solutions preferably Service Now Oversee the deployment management and optimization of cloud hosted applications Contribute to the design and implementation of new CCX products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite Adoption of Agentic and Gen AI solutions to deliver customer grade experience Qualifications To be successful in this role you have 15 years of related experience building leading delivery of multiple enterprise-grade applications Strong demonstrated ability of leading managing engineering or application teams for at-least 3 years Leading Full Stack Development teams expertise in end-end application development maintenance deployment covering all backend and UI UX aspects Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AI s potential impact on the developer productivity Usage of Open AI Windsurf Cursor etc Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React with strong Java Script background Experience working across multiple technology stacks including Cloud Platforms Azure AWS Messaging Systems Kafka Dell Boomi Monitoring Tools Splunk Catchpoint Web Infrastructure API Gateways CDNs FD21 Additional Information Work Personas We
