Location: Pune (Onsite)
Shift: 24x7 Support (Primarily US EST/PST Night Shifts)
Perks: Both-side cab facility + Night Shift Allowance
What We're Looking For: ✔️ 2+ years of experience in Technical Support / Product Support / Software Support (SaaS preferred)
SaaS & Cloud Computing
FTP & SMTP
HTML
✔️ Experience with ticketing/CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication
✔️ Willingness to work in US night shifts
