As a Customer Service Associate at Radical Global, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing exceptional support to our clients. Your role will involve utilizing your strong communication skills to assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions to their concerns. Your proficiency in spoken and written English will be essential in delivering top-notch service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat to address their needs promptly and effectively.
2. Utilize MS-Office and MS-Excel to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
3. Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customer complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Strive to meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
