ServiceNow Intern – Job Description (Brief)
Role Summary:
The ServiceNow Intern will support the development, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role offers hands -on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), workflow automation, and platform customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
- Support development of workflows, forms, and business rules
- Perform data entry, data imports, and basic scripting (JavaScript)
- Help troubleshoot issues and provide user support
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and document processes
- Participate in testing, deployment, and system upgrades
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform or ITSM concepts
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, or web technologies (preferred)
- Robust analytical and problem -solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
