Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Hiring Recruiter
to manage end -to -end hiring for warehouse and logistics -related roles. The
candidate should have good experience in bulk hiring, sourcing, and
coordinating joining activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end -to -end recruitment for warehouse manpower hiring
Source candidates through job portals, references, and field
hiring
Conduct telephonic screening and line -up candidates for
interviews Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for closures
Ensure timely joining and maintain hiring trackers
Handle bulk hiring for roles such as Pickers, Packers,
Loaders, Delivery Associates, Supervisors, etc.
Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring MIS
Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in
warehouse/logistics hiring
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Experience in bulk hiring and vendor coordination preferred
Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
Knowledge of Excel and recruitment portals
