Job Description – Executive - Program Management(Aerospace)


Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced and customer -focused Aerospace Program Manager to lead and manage aerospace programs from project initiation through successful delivery. The role requires strong expertise in aerospace program management, cross -functional coordination, customer relationship management, and end -to -end order execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and business management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, on -time delivery, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities


Aerospace Program Management


- Lead and manage aerospace programs throughout the complete project lifecycle:
- Project initiation

- Planning

- Execution

- Monitoring

- Closure

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality, and business expectations.

- Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.

- Drive project governance and ensure alignment with customer and organizational objectives.


New Project Management

- Manage current project introduction activities and coordinate project kick -off processes.

- Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from RFQ/NPI to production.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.


End -to -End Order Management

- Manage complete order lifecycle to ensure on -time delivery to customers.

- Coordinate with planning, procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for execution of customer orders.

- Track order status, production schedules, and shipment commitments.





- Resolve operational challenges impacting delivery performance.


Customer Relationship Management & Business Development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.

- Understand customer requirements and proactively address concerns and expectations.

- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Drive customer satisfaction through responsive communication and execution excellence.


Cross -Functional Coordination

- Collaborate closely with:
- Engineering

- Supply Chain

- Finance teams

- Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments for successful project execution.

- Conduct regular project review meetings and status updates with stakeholders.


Communication & Reporting

- Prepare and deliver project presentations, reports, and business updates to customers and management.

- Communicate project status, risks, action plans, and strategies effectively.

- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and management reports.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in:

Experience

- Extensive experience in:
- Aerospace Program Management

- Manufacturing/EMS/Aerospace industry

- Customer program management

- Project execution and delivery management


Technical & Functional Skills

- Strong understanding of:
- Aerospace manufacturing and program execution

- Recent Product Introduction (NPI)

- Order management and production planning

- Customer relationship management (CRM)

- Experience handling cross -functional project execution in complex manufacturing environments.

Preferred Qualifications
