- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.

- Proven track record in affiliate acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.

- Solid understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, and CPI models.

- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources.

- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills to onboard and engage affiliates.

- Strong sales personality with the ability to build rapport and drive business growth.

- Deep affiliate and performance marketing knowledge with awareness of current industry trends.

- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work on targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

- Analytical thinking – ability to assess affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.

- Market Intelligence & Reporting Track industry trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights with regular performance reports
