We are hiring across the following Schools: Business & Management Social Sciences Computer & Information Technology Reporting To: Head of Department (Respective School) As an Assistant Professor (Course Coordinator) , you will contribute to curriculum design, academic content development, and online programme delivery within a technology-enabled, UGC-compliant Open and Distance Learning (ODL) ecosystem. Develop and update curriculum, Self-Learning Materials (SLMs), e-content, and learning resources. Ensure academic quality and compliance with UGC ODL & Online Education Regulations. Develop and review digital learning content, assessments, and video resources. Contribute to curriculum planning, academic calendars, and departmental academic processes aligned with NEP 2020 .



Resolve learners' academic queries and maintain course records. Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent) and a Ph.Master's Degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent) along with UGC NET/SLET/SET qualification. Master's Degree at NCrF Level 7 (e.g., Preferred Experience Experience in higher education teaching, curriculum design, or content development. Exposure to Online/ODL teaching environments. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital assessment platforms. Strong academic writing, communication, and learner engagement skills.
