• Implement and manage project activities in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for community engagement and program outreach. • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, preparing detailed reports and recommendations. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. • Support fundraising initiatives and donor relations by providing relevant program information and insights.
Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience within the NGO or Non-Profit sector. • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.



• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages. • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field. • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with the non-profit landscape and regulatory requirements in India. • A solid passion for social impact and a commitment to humanitarian principles.
