Key Responsibilities

- Drive new business acquisition through on-ground networking, meetings, and relationship building.
- Identify and engage founders, CXOs, HR leaders, and decision-makers across startups and growth-stage companies.
- Generate qualified leads through referrals, events, cold outreach, and strategic networking.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business challenges, and position our consulting solutions effectively.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Represent the company at industry events, startup meetups, conferences, and networking forums.




- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular sales updates and forecasts.

What We're Looking For

- 2-4 years of B2B consulting sales, solution sales, or qualified services sales experience.
- Strong experience in client acquisition and consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients in person and building relationships on the ground.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience selling HR consulting, recruitment, business consulting, SaaS, or other B2B services is preferred.
