Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Beyond Trust Privileged Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure access management solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to privileged access.
- Familiarity with integration of access management tools within enterprise environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Beyond Trust Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
