security. Job Overview: We are currently seeking friendly, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground

Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting

passengers and providing support to the airport operations team.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of

the airport and providing a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, security, and boarding gates - Handle baggage check-in and boarding

procedures - Provide information and assistance to passengers
regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries - Monitor
and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal -
Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure efficient and timely
operations - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a
professional and timely manner - Assist passengers with special




needs or disabilities - Adhere to all safety and security
procedures as per company policies and regulations - Maintain
accurate records and reports as required - Participate in training

programs to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications: - High

school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience
preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations -
Basic computer skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and
holidays - Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50lbs -
