Executives and Airport Ground Staff. Job Overview: As a Ticketing

Executive / Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for
providing exceptional customer service to our passengers at the
airport. You will be responsible for handling ticketing and
reservation inquiries, assisting passengers with check-in and
boarding procedures, and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel

experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and

assist passengers at the airport, providing them with information
about flight schedules, delays, and other important information -
Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately
and efficiently - Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring
compliance with all security regulations - Assist passengers with
boarding procedures and provide them with any necessary assistance

- Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a





professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other airport

staff to ensure a seamless travel experience for our passengers -

Maintain accurate records of all ticketing and reservation

transactions - Keep up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and regulations - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers

and airport property Requirements: - High school diploma or

equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or related
field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills - Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic workplace -
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work
flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays - Basic
computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems - Must be able
to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time We
