We're Hiring | Sales Support Administrator (Remote)

Are you passionate about Sales Operations and have experience supporting global sales teams? We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator with a solid background in Salesforce CRM and Advanced Excel to join our remote team.

? Location: Remote (India)

? Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Support international Sales teams with quote processing, pricing, and discount approvals.
- Manage opportunities, accounts, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor and respond to sales inquiries within defined SLAs.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analytics using Advanced Excel.
- Conduct customer research and maintain CRM data accuracy.
- Review partner applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales-related issues.





Required Skills:

- Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards)
- Sales Support / Sales Operations
- Quote & Deal Management
- Strong communication and analytical skills
