Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Documentation Preparation:

- Prepare and process export documents including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (BL), Certificates of Origin, and Shipping Instructions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and INCOTERMS.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of documentation before submission.

1. Coordination & Communication:

- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document processing.
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment updates and document requirements.
- Handle any discrepancies in export documents and ensure resolution before dispatch.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Record Keeping:

- Ensure adherence to export control laws, customs regulations,



and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions for audits and compliance purposes.
- Assist in resolving any export-related documentation or compliance issues.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in export documentation or freight forwarding.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with customs procedures, shipping terms (INCOTERMS), and trade compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and export management software.
- Soft Skills: Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.
