We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented 'Accountant' to join our team at 1 Stop Cine Digital Private Limited. If you have solid knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally, and expertise in MS Office, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and contribute to our growing company.

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
2. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
3. Conduct monthly budget analysis and variance reports to provide insights for decision-making.
4. Assist in the preparation of annual financial budgets and forecasts.
5. Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
6. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for strategic initiatives.
7. Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Other requirements

1. Candidates should have at least 1 year of accounting experience.

2. Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office (especially MS Excel) is mandatory.

3. Candidates should have good knowledge of bookkeeping, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and invoice management.

4. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently are preferred.

4. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
