Explain product features, lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressive), and coatings

Achieve individual and store sales targets Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new products

Interpret optical prescriptions accurately

Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on prescription, face shape, and lifestyle

Ensure correct order placement for lenses and frames

Take accurate measurements (Pupillary Distance, fitting height, etc.)

Perform frame adjustments for comfort and proper alignment Ensure proper fitting and final

delivery of spectacle

Handle minor repairs and replacements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products,

brands,



and lens technologies

Educate customers on lens care and maintenance Maintain stock of frames, lenses, and accessories

Ensure proper display and merchandising of products Conduct regular stock checks and report

shortages

Generate invoices and process payments Maintain customer records and order details

Coordinate with lab/vendors for order tracking Address customer complaints and provide

solutions

Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
