We have urgently required Sr. Production Manager. Must have min 3-7 years of relevant experience in cosmetic manufacturing industry. Experience in planning, organizing production schedules, estimating, negotiating and timescales. Need a person who can handle production independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Control: Organize workflow to meet schedules, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, supervise the production floor, and conduct production meetings to ensure smooth operations.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure the final products meet all quality standards and that manufacturing processes comply with safety and regulatory requirements like GMP and FDA.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the production team, fostering a safe and effective working environment.
- Process Optimization: Drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in the production cycle.
- Reporting: Maintain production records and provide reports on schedules, delivery dates, and operating issues to management and the sales team.

Qualifications and Skills

- Education:



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with specific experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry being highly preferred. Experience in a managerial role is frequently required for higher-level positions.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards (like GMP), and regulatory compliance (like FDA). Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles can also be beneficial.
- Leadership & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Other Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and strong organizational skills are necessary for success in a fast-paced workplace.
