- Lead and manage a team of field collection executives.
- Allocate cases and territories to team members.
- Monitor daily collection activities and target achievement.
- Ensure timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Maintain collection efficiency and minimize delinquency.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
- Handle escalations and support the team in difficult cases.
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.
- Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
