Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a construction project at Warje, Pune. The Project Manager will act as the overall head of the project, responsible for complete planning, execution, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely delivery of the project.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and extensive experience in real estate / building construction projects.

Educational Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience Required

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in:
- Real estate / building construction projects
- Residential and/or commercial developments
- Proven experience in handling projects independently as Project Manager / Project Head.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

- Act as the overall in-charge (Project Head) of the construction project
- Plan, execute, and monitor all project activities from start to handover.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, and daily/weekly progress plans.

Cost, Budget & Billing Control

- Control project costs, budgets, and cash flow.
- Review and approve contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills.
- Monitor BOQs, quantities, variations, and extra items.
- Ensure optimum utilization of materials, manpower, and machinery.

Quality,



Safety & Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and construction best practices.
- Implement and monitor site safety norms and statutory compliances.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, authorities, and third parties.

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and management.
- Conduct regular site meetings and review performance.
- Resolve technical, execution, and coordination issues proactively.

Reporting & Documentation

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
- Maintain proper site documentation, drawings, approvals, and records.
- Track risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and construction methodologies.
- Expertise in drawing interpretation, BOQs, billing, estimation, and contracts.
- Sound understanding of real estate project lifecycle.

Software Skills

- AutoCAD
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Project scheduling tools preferred)

Preferred / Additional Skills (Value Add)

- Experience in handling mid-to-large scale residential or mixed-use projects
- Knowledge of local authority approvals and compliance in Pune
- Exposure to project planning tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with contractors and vendors
