We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Parké. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telecalling, lead generation, customer engagement, and supporting sales operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain Parké services, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
- Assist in daily sales operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare reports on calls, conversions, and sales performance
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Build digital marketing team

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline




- 0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or business development (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Valuable organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience in telecalling or customer support
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Local language proficiency (Malayalam/Hindi/English)
