: The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.

This role involves coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Source and attract qualified candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifications.

- Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics

. • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant job boards.

- Support onboarding activities for current hires.

- Collaborate with the HR team for employer branding and recruitment strategies.





- Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold company values during the hiring process.

- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

. • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist

. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

- Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Reporting To: HR Manager / Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
