Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential interior projects from execution to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, and installation teams.
- Review work orders, drawings, measurements, and project schedules.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise installation quality and ensure work follows approved designs.
- Coordinate material dispatches and verify materials received at site.
- Monitor manpower, project progress, and site requirements.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain good client relationships.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide project updates.
- Ensure proper project handover and collect client feedback.
Requirements:
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interiors / interior fit-out.
- Good knowledge of modular furniture installation and site execution.
- Robust communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites in Chennai.
- Age should be within 31
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
