Job Description – Senior Admission Counsellor / Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced Admission Counsellors/Sales Executives from EdTech companies such as Jaro Education, Hike Education, Learning Routes, Halo Education, Open Edge, Novra Education, Kazian, Apex Education, Revive Education, and Knowledge Park. The role involves counselling students, converting qualified leads into admissions, and achieving monthly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Counsel students on suitable online programs.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful admissions.




- Maintain CRM records and daily reports.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate documentation and admission formalities.
- Build long-term relationships with students.

Eligibility

- 1–5+ years of experience in EdTech admissions/sales.
- Experience with target-based inside sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹30,529.06 - ₹90,970.57 per month
