Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Domestic Staffing, including Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent Staffing recruitment, with the ability to source, screen, and hire quality candidates across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for C2H and Permanent Staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

- Experience in Domestic Staffing Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H Staffing and Permanent Staffing.




- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with staffing or recruitment consulting firms.

Mandatory Requirement

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven track record in Domestic Staffing recruitment.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
