Role Overview

Orbitwise is looking for an experienced Senior Student Consultant who can guide students through their study abroad journey while also representing the brand through webinars, seminars, podcasts, and social media content.

This role requires someone who is confident on camera, knowledgeable about international education, and capable of advising students across multiple products offered by Orbitwise.

Key Responsibilities

Student Consulting & Admissions

- Provide expert counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities.
- Guide students through the entire admission process including:
- Course selection
- University selection
- Application support
- Documentation guidance
- Advise students on visa procedures and application requirements.
- Assist students with scholarships, stipends, and financial planning for international education.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the journey.

Product Advisory

Consult students on Orbitwise services including:

- Study abroad consulting
- Global Language Lab (French, German, Spanish, English)
- Test preparation:
- IELTS
- GRE
- GMAT
- SAT
- TOEFL
- PTE
- Duolingo
- Persona Lab (communication, interview and personality development program)

Content & Brand Representation

- Host webinars and seminars for prospective students and parents.




- Participate in and host podcasts, educational videos, and reels.
- Represent Orbitwise on social media and digital platforms.
- Simplify complex education pathways into engaging content for students.

Outreach & Engagement

- Conduct career guidance seminars in schools, colleges, and institutes.
- Support marketing campaigns by participating in events and live sessions.
- Help generate awareness about international education opportunities.

Performance & Reporting

- Maintain student records and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve consulting and marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in study abroad counselling or international education consulting.
- Strong understanding of global education systems, admissions, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and being on camera.
- Experience hosting webinars, seminars, or workshops.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to explain complex education pathways clearly to students and parents.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with Europe, UK, Canada, Australia or other study destinations.
- Experience in content creation, reels, or educational podcasting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
