Job Summary

Apple Hospital, a 200-bedded NABH Accredited Multi-Speciality Hospital in Indore, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our Nursing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating nursing education and training programs to enhance clinical competency, patient safety, and quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct orientation programs for newly joined nursing staff.
- Plan and deliver ongoing clinical education and in-service training.
- Assess training needs and develop educational materials.
- Conduct competency assessments and maintain training records.
- Support NABH standards, quality improvement initiatives, and infection control training.
- Monitor nursing competencies and recommend skill enhancement programs.
- Collaborate with Nursing Administration and department heads to improve clinical practices.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

- B.Sc.



Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing preferred)
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.

Experience

- 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Prior experience as a Nurse Educator or Nursing Tutor in a hospital .
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of NABH standards and nursing quality practices.
