Job Title: Tele caller – Business Development

Location: Noida Sector 62 (Work from Office)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to support our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team for our IT services and software products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain the company's IT services and software products.
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead details and call records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements:





- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer support is preferred (Freshers with excellent communication can also apply).

Preferred Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Tele calling, Tele sales, or Business Development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
