Role Overview

Lead the establishment of our Innovation & Technology Centre and drive innovation that creates measurable business value. Working directly with the Managing Director, you will collaborate with Marketing, Manufacturing, Purchase, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Finance teams to develop new products, improve processes, and build long-term technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a 5-year technology roadmap.

Lead current product development from concept to commercialization.

Improve manufacturing through process optimization, automation,



cost reduction, and quality enhancement.

Build technical databases, formulation libraries, and knowledge management systems.

Identify emerging technologies, evaluate new raw materials, and establish research partnerships.

Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing innovation team.

Drive intellectual property, product lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Profile

10+ years in R&D;, Innovation, Product Development, or Process Engineering within Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Specialty Chemicals, or related industries.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in product commercialization, process excellence, and technology transfer.

Knowledge of patents, regulatory compliance, and quality systems is preferred.
