- Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and manpower requirements.
- Control food, beverage, labor, and operational costs.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and purchase requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and financial reports.
- Drive restaurant sales and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and performance evaluations.




- Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers when required.
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Support marketing activities, promotions, and special events.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Robust customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant reporting.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
