Job Description for Soft Skills Trainer

Location : Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:

● Taking Soft Skills sessions to the students

● Helping out students in the practical oriented teaching

● Maintaining Attendance record of the students

● Responsible for maintaining all the documentation and Students records

● Activity based teaching methodologies

● Helping students to develop their personality and build self confidence

● Effective teaching and learning environment

Essential Skills:

● Strong command over Technical knowledge

● Valuable Communication Skills (English, Hindi , Local Language)

● Good Team player

● Ability to handle the students in a soft manner

● Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level at times

Education Qualifications:

● Graduate or Post Graduate

Preferred Experience:

● 0-2 years of experience in Soft Skills training with various Skill development centres

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
