- Field learning: Shadow senior consultants during client presentations, negotiations, and closing meetings.
- Database building: Outbound cold calling to build a fresh network of prospective property investors.
- Lead qualifying: Screen initial website and social media inquiries before routing them to senior team members.

For Experienced Professionals (Senior Portfolio Managers)

- Deal closing:



Lead high-value face-to-face negotiations and structure complex commercial or residential sales.
- Channel networking: Build and maintain active relationships with local brokers and channel partners.
- Team mentoring: Guide fresher recruits on client management techniques and script handling.

For Marketing Specialists (Real Estate Marketing Executive)
