We are hiring a professional and customer-focused CRM Executive for our co-working space. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and good knowledge of MS Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in and telephonic client inquiries
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Update CRM records and prepare basic reports in MS Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
Requirements:
- Excellent English fluency (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Professional attitude and decent personality
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Sales/CRM experience is preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
