Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Field Sales Manager to lead on-ground sales activities, convert site visits into bookings, and drive revenue growth for our plotted development projects. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, street-smart, and capable of closing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management & Follow-ups

Handle inbound & outbound leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain strong lead pipeline.

- Client Handling & Relationship Building

Understand customer requirements, build trust, and provide end-to-end consultation.

- Site Visit (SV) Planning & Execution

Coordinate and conduct site visits, explain project details, and handle objections on-site.

- Sales Conversion & Closure

Convert qualified leads into bookings by effective negotiation and closing techniques.

- Documentation & Coordination

Assist customers with booking process,



documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

- Market Awareness & Competition Tracking

Stay updated with local real estate trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

- Team Coordination (if applicable)

Guide junior sales executives and ensure team targets are met.
