Marketing Manager – Field Operations (Education Industry)

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing operations and drive student admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in offline marketing, and the ability to build relationships with educational institutions and corporate organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Field Marketing team to achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, tuition centres, coaching institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Organize career guidance programs, seminars, workshops, educational exhibitions, roadshows, and awareness campaigns.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and expand the institute's reach in assigned territories.
- Monitor the daily activities and performance of the marketing team.
- Coordinate with the Admissions and Counselling team to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports for management.
- Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure effective distribution of promotional materials and maintain brand visibility across the region.
- Recruit, train,



and motivate the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in Field Marketing, Business Development, or Educational Marketing.
- Experience in leading a marketing or sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field marketing activities.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
