Job Responsibilities
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Manage cash, card, UPI, and voucher payments.
- Support and guide cashiers during store operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of billing counters.
- Resolve customer billing-related queries.
- Perform cash tally and counter closing activities.
- Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.
- Support customer service and loyalty program enrollments.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 4 months to 1 year of experience in retail billing or cashier role.
- Basic computer and POS knowledge.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and on weekends.
