Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting in medical procedures, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The Nurse will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, educate patients and their families about health conditions, and ensure all procedures are carried out according to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and injections as per physician's orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries as required.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a hygienic environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Valid nursing license.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required.
