Hiring: Darban (Doorman)

Job Summary: The Urban Village is looking for a courteous and professional Darban (Doorman) to welcome guests, assist with arrivals and departures, and create a positive first impression of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Open and close doors for guests and assist them as required.
- Guide guests to the reception, banquet hall, restaurant, or event venue.
- Assist guests with luggage and other requirements when needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behavior at all times.
- Coordinate with reception, security, and operations teams.
- Monitor entry and exit areas to ensure smooth guest movement.
- Provide information regarding facilities, events, and services.




- Ensure cleanliness and organization around the entrance area.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, banquets, or customer service roles.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior hospitality experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
