Job Title: Merchandiser

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Merchandiser to manage product visibility and stock across retail outlets. The role includes store visits, ensuring proper product placement, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned retail outlets regularly
- Ensure product availability and proper shelf display
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth supply
- Ensure correct pricing, labelling, and promotional display
- Track competitor activities and share market feedback
- Maintain records of store visits and stock updates

Requirements:

- Experience in merchandising, FMCG, or retail sales preferred
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of retail operations
- Willingness to travel locally
- Strong observation and reporting skills

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
