Description:

- 3 years of Workday Recruiting experience in implementation support rollout
- At least 2 full project lifecycle implementations with Workday
- Deep understanding of Business Process, Valuable understanding and knowledge of SDLC or Agile project methodologies.
- Experience as a team lead or mentor, understanding of Workday Recruiting Application including Job requisitions, Job Application, Business Processes and Security.
- Good to have Workday HCM knowledge including Org Structures, Compensation, Job Profiles, Security and Business Processes.
