Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-impact campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to drive measurable ROI through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video)
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to drive growth

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and optimization strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics




- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Certification
- Experience in Finance / Fintech industry

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
